Fire Prevention

Fire has the potential to devastate any environment and this is why fire risk has to be managed by trained professionals. We have added fire prevention as a core service to our portfolio, ensuring that all properties we operate in are not only fire safety compliant but the occupiers are aware of how and why fire safety doors work and the potential dangers of getting it wrong.

We have a directly employed FDIS qualified door installation team that can install fire doors and assess fire door integrity. We have close affiliations with FIRAS accredited specialists and BM TRADA certified door manufacturers which enables us to provide a complete fire prevention service within any building we operate in or as a standalone service. We also work closely with building control and architectural services on our projects to ensure that fire-stopping to slabs, walls, ceilings and penetrations are carried out in the correct manner using the highest of quality materials.
