Bauvill were appointed to build 2 new-build residential properties. The site was previously a car garage that was demolished.
Each new build house consisted of 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. The project required all-new utility connections which were to be plumbed in and connected to the electric, as well as LVT flooring in the kitchen and bathroom with carpet throughout the remaining rooms and corridors.
The logistics of this project posed a number of difficulties due to the location of the site; all deliveries and contract lifts had to be planned and the road closed at times.
