Bespoke fit-out and refurbishment of a derelict ward within Queen Mary’s Hospital which included installation of various M&E services along with a new AHU installed on the hospital roof.
The key project stages included:
- New floors
- New walls
- New ceilings
- New M&E services (Nurse call, Fire alarm, Data, Lighting, small power, ventilation, IPS with WHB’s).
- Wall protection
- Radiant ceiling panels
- New fire doors and fire compartmentation.
