Bespoke fit-out and refurbishment of a derelict ward within Queen Mary’s Hospital which included installation of various M&E services along with a new AHU installed on the hospital roof.

The key project stages included:

  • New floors
  • New walls
  • New ceilings
  • New M&E services (Nurse call, Fire alarm, Data, Lighting, small power, ventilation, IPS with WHB’s).
  • Wall protection
  • Radiant ceiling panels
  • New fire doors and fire compartmentation.
